Please reorder with your next purchase any currently out of stock item as we do not carry any back orders on internet order. We do strive to keep all products in stock but occasionally a product will be temporarily unavailable.

We accept returns within 14 days, as long as the items are in their original packaging, have not been altered, and are in restock-able condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please contact us prior to return for instructions (916-635-1310) as we do not accept returns without prior authorization. There is a 20% restocking fee on regular orders, and there is a 50% restocking fee on any "special order" or order that deposit is taken for. Our in store/warehouse return policy is 30 days with receipt for in store exchange only.
Any order placed by customer and shipped as customer has requested (an order and payment constitutes a request) and processed and shipped as expected BUT received back because customer or customer associate has refused shipment or provided incorrect shipping information will incur the shipping fees imposed by the shipping (freight) carrier, the fees to return the shipment back to us and the 20% restocking fee.
Orders placed for in warehouse pick up and canceled after we have pulled and processed your order will incur a restocking fee of 20%.
Of course, if we made an error with your order, we will gladly take care of our mistake as long as we are notified within 5 days of receipt. We will either credit your credit card or replace the wrong or damaged merchandise.
It doesn't happen often, but if your order is damaged in shipping, please keep all packaging as we will have to make a claim with the shipping company, and they will need this to evaluate. Again, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of order and send us a picture of the damaged merchandise, and we will replace your damaged goods. |

Minimum
Order -- We maintain a low minimum order of only $25. Please keep in mind
that a shipping company's (such a UPS) most expensive shipping rate is the
first pound, and shipping cost goes up much less for each additional pound.
Please be extra sure that you type in your information correctly. A zip
code (for example) inputted incorrectly can cause package to be delay and/or
lost. Shipping companies do charge for incorrectly typed address and will
bill the shipper (who will have to pass the charge along) an additional
$15.50 (in 2022) for each package with ANY wrong address information. Please
just be extra careful to enter your information accurately.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Time -- Most orders received (on open business days) before 12:00 PM will ship the same day,
provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM
will ship the next business day. Orders are shipped via UPS ground and are not
processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, but we do our best to get orders
out fast and accurately. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you
by Wrapped All Up or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to
order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product
availability.
Please
note: During extra busy times of year, such as November and December, orders
may take an extra a day or two to process. However, rest assured, we strive to
get your order out as quickly as possible. |

Wrapped All Up, Inc., automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

In
the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error
or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Wrapped All Up,
Inc., shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product
listed at the incorrect price. Wrapped All Up shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed
and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for
the purchase and your order is canceled, Wrapped All Up shall immediately issue
a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
